The series “Entangled waves and curves”

To create the series “Entangled wave and curves”, I have got inspiration from the phenomenon “Entanglement” in quantum physics.

Entanglement happens when the quantum state of each particle in a group, cannot be described independently of the state of the others.

The idea behind creating the series was to explore how different compositions could come to existence only by entangling curve lines with wave forms.

This question may arise why I particularly have chosen a “wave” form. The answer is that in quantum physics we assign a mathematical function to each particle, called “wave function”, which describes the movement and behavior of the particle. In analogy with this, I deliberately have chosen a “wave” form.

Besides the scientific reasons, I have chosen “waves” to show the flow of life, movement and energy in my painting. I also believe that waves are perfect symbols of liberty, freedom and rebellion. These are hidden messages which I have tried to convey in my paintings.
